Sunrise Cooperative Truck

Through an exciting partnership between Sunrise Cooperative and Ohio FFA, this spring, a high school senior and active FFA member will be hired for a full-time position and will receive a truck as a signing bonus.

Sunrise Cooperative created the RISE FFA Career Program in 2019. The program serves two purposes: providing an avenue to reach the future leaders of agriculture and supporting the Ohio FFA state president during their term. For three years, starting at the 2019 Ohio FFA Convention, Sunrise committed to (1) providing Ohio FFA with a new pickup truck for the state president to drive to FFA-related events and (2) hiring a high school senior and active FFA member as a full-time employee. This member should be looking to enter the workforce directly after high school and as a signing bonus, the new employee will receive the year-old pickup truck that the state president drove.

Sunrise Cooperative strives to maintain a team of individuals who are creative, out-of-the-box thinkers and have a desire to be successful and evolve their careers. This is regardless of whether they obtain a two-year, four-year or no college degree.
