212-360 Conference

In 2021, the Ohio FFA Association will be holding the Energize Ohio FFA virtual conference. The 212-360 in-person event has been canceled for 2021. Attendees of Energize Ohio FFA will identify what personally motivates them,  understand the ways they can motivate their peers, and create a tangible plan of action to energize—or motivate—their FFA chapter. The conference is open to all Ohio FFA members and will be offered twice. When registering, attendees will select Saturday, January 16, 2021 or Sunday, January 17, 2021. The conference duration will be from 9 am-5 pm, and the cost to participate is $20 per student. Registration is limited to 200 students per conference, so be sure to register your students early. Registration will open on Tuesday, December 8th through Teacher Central and will close on January 4th or once capacity is reached.

Registration for the conferences will open on November 6th and will remain open until December 18th or until the conferences are full. Make PO’s and checks payable to Ohio FFA Association. Conference registration is limited to 150 students for the 212 conference and 150 students for the 360 conference per Conference I and Conference II. To reserve hotel rooms, call 1-800-220-9219, and request the FFA group rate (FA2) prior to December 20, 2020 click here to book online. Act quickly as there are a limited number of double/double rooms and make sure you secure the FFA rate of $115.00 (excluding tax). All double rooms are double suites, including two double beds and one pull-out sleeper sofa. Schools are tax-exempt from certain taxes and should be able to secure a lower percentage of tax being assessed. 212  Conference – 212, the temperature at which water boils – will focus on taking students to the boiling point of leadership. At 211 water is extremely hot, but just one more degree gets us to the next level. These conferences focus on the development of the individual student. Students will be challenged to push the limits. Themes for this conference include: Virtues, Growth and Collaboration.

360 Conference will take students full circle in chapter leadership development. The conference will cover every angle for developing action plans for their chapters. Themes for this conference include: *Action and Influence. 360 conferences focus on chapter development.

*Action is a key theme for every 212 and 360 conference, as the goal is to provide students the tools, ideas and time to develop action plans for their chapters, communities and personal lives.

Ohio’s 212 and 360 Conferences are conducted by the Ohio FFA Association through the Ohio Department of Education. The Ohio FFA Association is a resource and support organization that does not select, control or supervise local chapter or individual member activities except as expressly provided for in the state FFA constitution, bylaws or policies.
