Chapter Success Grants

Funding FFA Chapters to Build Stronger Communities

The Chapter Success Grants program is a competitive funding opportunity that supports Ohio FFA chapters in empowering students to apply the leadership and educational skills learned in school and FFA to develop projects that meet a need within their community.

Grant applications are considered for projects that:

  • Have a long-term impact on the community either economically or through an improved quality of life.
  • Are in collaboration with a substantial agency, government entity, or long-standing organization (e.g., OSU Extension, school districts, city councils, Farm Bureau, Grange, United Way).
  • Benefit rural residents or farmers.
  • Go beyond legally required activities or functions that are an expectation of an organization, agency, or government body such as county fair maintenance, highways, school landscaping, shop equipment, or handicap access improvements on public property.

The Chapter Success Grants Application Opens on January 1 and Closes May 15.
