The Ohio FFA Association’s Leadership Nights are designed to give students the tools they need to develop Premier Leadership, Personal Growth and Career Success. The Ohio FFA Officer Team will conduct Leadership Nights virtually during the 2021-2022 school year, from November 8, 2021 through January 20, 2022.

FFA chapters wanting to host will apply through Teacher Central.
Applications will be accepted through September 15th.
The entire program will take place on location (cafeteria, gymnasium, assembly hall, etc.). The curriculum presented by the officers will be 60 minutes in length, allowing ample time for your additional activities. Leadership Nights are intended to be a time of collaboration, idea-sharing and fellowship among multiple chapters. Host chapters are not permitted to make a Leadership Night open only to its own members and must include other chapters. In an effort to avoid overlap and duplication, indicate on the application which chapters will be included in the Leadership Night. Each Leadership Night must have a minimum of 40 participants. Leadership Nights that fail to reach 40 students will be cancelled.
Reminder: Only Leadership Nights that are conducted by the Ohio FFA Association are recognized as a statewide activity on award applications.
