In 2022, the Ohio FFA Association will offer two distinctly different leadership conferences for its members. Both conferences will be held concurrently.
Mission Conference (replaces 212 conference) – This conference is designed for seventh through 10th-grade students. The journey of leadership begins with self-discovery. Students at the Mission Conference explore what makes them unique and learn strategies to become a more confident and capable version of themselves. We explore values, strengths, decision-making skills, and self-confidence. The Mission Conference culminates in students developing their own personal mission statement.
Impact Conference (replaces 360 conference) – This conference is designed for 11th and 12th-grade students. Leaders make an impact on their communities that lives on long after they leave. The Impact Conference empowers students to define what their impact will be. Students will explore challenges facing their communities and strategies they can deploy to help. Students will explore their values, practice innovative thinking, and determine how they can inspire others. The Impact Conference culminates in students developing an Impact Plan to create change in their local community.
January 15-16, 2022 – Embassy Suites, Columbus-Dublin – the cost for the two-day conference is $70 per student, $45 per advisor (covers registration fee and meals only). You will be charged the full amount per individual for no shows or cancellations after December 17, 2021. Registration
Registration for the conferences will open on November 1st and will remain open until December 3rd or until the conferences are full. Make PO’s and checks payable to Ohio FFA Association. Conference registration is limited to 190 students for the Mission Conference and 190 students for the Impact Conference. To reserve hotel rooms, click here to book online or call 1-800-220-9219, and request the FFA group rate (FF2) prior to December 20, 2020 . Act quickly as there are a limited number of double/double rooms and make sure you secure the FFA rate of $119.00 (excluding tax). All double rooms are double suites, including two double beds and one pull-out sleeper sofa. Schools are tax-exempt from certain taxes and should be able to secure a lower percentage of tax being assessed.
